General Information
Payment Terms are Net 21 days.
Quantity Discounts are available for orders exceeding 100 units of any single product.
Unopened orders can be returned for full credit. Sender pays postage and is responsible for returned items arriving in good condition.
Once an invoice has been accepted and paid, or, a PO# authorizing the order and accepting payment terms has been emailed to customercare@socratis.net, delivery will be scheduled. Merchandise will arrive by the Delivery Date, or within 15 business days, whichever is later.
Order Process
For bookstores and institutions requiring invoices and/or POs for purchasing follow these three easy steps.
- Contact Info. Please note the person responsible for approving the order along with shipping and billing information.
- Order Info. Enter products being ordered and their quantity here. Please include the desired Delivery Date while taking into consideration the required lead time.
- Vendor Info. If information or forms are needed from Socratis as part of a new vendor setup, those are addressed here.
Once order information has been submitted, Socratis will review the order, create an invoice, and email it to the Contact Person. Any required vendor setup forms will be included with the invoice.
